All of our agents share a 70/30 commission split. Once you "cap" at eXp, your commission rate goes to 90% for the remainder of your anniversary year.  

If you choose to join BWB as an independent agent or associate broker, you start out at an 80/20 split until capping. 

Of course commission rates are super important, but that is just the beginning at BWB. Not only do we offer great commission splits, we also offer stock gifting, and leveraged income through revenue share. You will never get "lost in the mix" at BWB. We have designed our team to make sure you are offered as much coaching and mentoring as you would like. Each new agent is give a mentor for at least their first 3 transactions. There are so many resources at eXp and Brokers Without Borders, and we're here to get you settled.

We also assist you with uploading all the docs, and your TMB is there to bounce questions off and guide you until you are comfortable with the systems.  After that there is a whole compliance team that makes sure your i's are dotted, and your t's are crossed.  We've got your back. 

We live in both the virtual world, and the physical world at any point each day. It's pretty cool to be able to converse with other agents from around the world, grab a virtual coffee, and talk shop.
